Yuzu

Native to East Asia, Yuzu is a rare citrus celebrated for its complex flavor and aromatic zest. Unlike common citrus fruits, it combines notes of mandarin, lemon, and grapefruit, making it a favorite in both gourmet cuisine and craft beverages. On our farm, Yuzu is harvested from July through December, when its vibrant yellow rind and rich fragrance reach their peak.
