Originating from northeastern India and Bangladesh, Naga chilli is renowned for its intense fruity aroma and exceptionally powerful, lingering heat. It is widely used in hot sauces, spicy dishes and culinary preparations where intense chilli flavour is desired. Typically available from July through October.
