Ají Amarillo

Originating in Peru, Aji Amarillo is one of the most important chilli peppers in Peruvian cuisine. It has a distinctive golden-yellow colour, fruity aroma, naturally sweet flavour and moderate heat, making it ideal for sauces, marinades and a wide range of culinary applications. Typically available from July through October.
