Piri-Piri

Native to southern Africa and widely adopted in Portuguese cuisine, Piri-Piri is a small, intensely hot chilli pepper with a vibrant red colour when fully ripe. It offers a sharp, fruity aroma and powerful heat, making it a classic choice for sauces, marinades, grilled dishes and other culinary applications. Typically available from July through October.
