Our premium extra virgin olive oil is a type of olive oil that is made from the first cold pressing of olives from the Trás-os-Montes region in Portugal. It is considered to be the highest quality olive oil, with a robust, full-bodied flavor and a bright, golden-yellow color. Our extra virgin olive oil is also known for its low acidity, which has a 0.2% acidity. This is important because high-acidity olive oils can be harsh and unpleasant to taste.
