What is your shipping policy?

Depending on the country of delivery, we offer free shipping with minimum order. We currently ship to most EU addresses. Orders are typically processed within 2-3business days and shipped via DHL Parcel. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days. Once your payment is confrimed, we will send a confirmation email along with tracking details.

What is your return policy?

Goods can be returned to us within fourteen days. Send the goods to the following address:

Please note:

  • The costs for the return are to be borne by you.
  • The goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
  • Please make sure that the goods are well packed for the return shipment so that they reach us undamaged.

We try to avoid returns as much as possible - every additional transport route that we can save protects our environment.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes, we offer bulk pricing for our customers who want to order larger quantities of our products. Please contact our customer service team through our contact form for more information on bulk pricing.

How do I store your products?

We recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. You can store them in the original packaging or transfer them to an airtight container. Once opened, we suggest to store our jams and spreads in a cool environment between 2ºC to 5ºC .

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Are your products and seasonings suitable for vegans and vegetarians?

Currently only the jams and oils are vegan. We are currently adapting our remaining recipes to make our products adapted to a wider audience and no one is left behind.

What is the shelf life of your products?

The shelf life of our products varies depending on the specific spice or seasoning. Generally, our products have a shelf life of 12-18 months from the date of manufacturing. However, some products may have a shorter or longer shelf life depending on their ingredients and storage conditions. Please check under the container for a best before date. We recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place to help extend their shelf life.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only offer shipping to EU addresses. However, we are working to expand our shipping capabilities to other countries and regions in the future.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfer by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we typically begin processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to see if we can accommodate your request.

Are your products ethically sourced?

Yes, many of the ingredients used in our products are sourced from our own farm which supports ethical justice and fair wages. We welcome and support refugees and marginalised groups to support us in our operations.

As for the ingredients we don't produce, we are committed to sourcing our ingredients from suppliers who use ethical and sustainable practices close to our farm to reduce carbon emissions. We believe in supporting local and small-scale farmers who prioritize quality and sustainability.
