Fleur de sel is a type of artisanal sea salt that is hand-harvested from the surface of salt marshes. It is known for its delicate, flaky texture and its delicate, slightly briny flavor. Fleur de sel is typically used as a finishing salt, added to dishes just before serving to enhance their flavor and provide a bit of crunch. Our fleur de sels come with 3 different citrus flavours from our farm.
