• Faustrime Finger Lime: A unique hybrid variety harvested year-round on our farm to ensure a reliable, continuous supply of highly aromatic, citrusy pearls.

• Pink Finger Lime: Renowned for its stunning pink flesh and slightly sweeter, milder profile. Typically available from July to December.
