Known for its bumpy green rind and intensely fragrant leaves, Kaffir Lime is a cornerstone of Southeast Asian cuisine. Its juice is highly acidic, while the zest adds a bold citrus punch to curries and marinades. On our farm, Kaffir Limes are harvested from August through December, bringing bright, tropical flavor to the late-year harvest.
